What style of yoga do you teach?

Aileen teaches several styles of yoga including alignment-based vinyasa, yin yoga and gentle yoga.

Can I join a class if I’ve never taken a class before?

Yes! Aileen loves to break down poses, give a lot of alignment tips and teaches how to make poses accessible for each individual body. Aileen’s classes are so welcoming that you won’t feel out of place while beginning your yoga journey.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring some water and wear comfortable clothes.

How can I find the live schedule?


Click on the “Live Schedule” tab at the top of the website to see the schedule and reserve your mat on the Shaker App. You can book classes, chat with your classmates and connect with the AOC YOGA community through the Shaker App. Click here to access!

Do I need to sign up in advance for class?

Yes, you need to sign up in advance for class. If for an unexpected reason a class needs to be cancelled, Aileen would like to be able to get in touch with you and let you know ASAP. By signing up, Aileen can also tailor her class for the group present and teach more of the poses they are working on and also introduce new poses to the group.
